The invention relates to the technical field of replacement or maintenance of under-rail structural components of high-speed railway ballastless tracks, and discloses a rail transit fine adjustment system, a material storage unit in the fine adjustment system is used for storing base plates and baffles, and the material storage unit is in signal connection with a central control system; the storage information of the base plate and the baffle plate is transmitted to the central control system; the track measuring unit measures track geometric data and transmits a signal to the central control system, and the central control system receives the geometric data so as to issue a corresponding baffle and/or base plate replacement instruction; the material supply unit receives the replacement instruction so as to correspondingly grab the base plate or the baffle plate in the material storage unit and supply the base plate or the baffle plate to the operation unit; and the operation unit receives the base plate or the baffle and sequentially completes replacement of the old base plate and the baffle in the fastener. In the whole process, manual operation is not needed, automatic operation is comprehensively achieved, and the detection and maintenance efficiency of the steel rail is greatly improved.
