The feeding manipulator is used for delivering the baffle and the base plate at the outlets of the baffle conveying device and the base plate conveying device to the station of the operation manipulator; a control system is further arranged on the vehicle body and used for controlling material conveying and material operation, and waste base plates and baffles are recycled through the waste recycling device. The fine adjustment vehicle can replace manual work, and automatic replacement of base plates and baffles in fasteners and automatic recovery of waste baffles and base plates are achieved.
