The invention provides a construction method for implanting a prefabricated pipe pile into a complex geology, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation construction. The construction method comprises the steps that a steel casing is vertically pressed into soil at the position where a prefabricated pipe pile is implanted, a rotary drilling rig is used for drilling and soil taking in the steel casing, the designed depth of the prefabricated pipe pile is achieved, and a cast-in-place pile hole is formed; and concrete is poured into the cast-in-place pile hole to 2/3 of the height of the cast-in-place pile hole, then the upper portion of the steel casing is sheathed with a steel sleeve, the prefabricated pipe pile is implanted, the steel casing and the steel sleeve are pulled out, and the implanted prefabricated pipe pile is obtained. The construction method can replace a traditional static pressure pile or piling construction process, the construction quality of the prefabricated pipe pile in the complex geology is effectively improved, and pile breaking and pile deviation are avoided.
本发明提供了一种预制管桩植入复杂地质的施工方法,桩基础施工技术领域。所述施工方法中将钢护筒垂直压入预制管桩植入位置的土中,使用旋挖钻机在所述钢护筒内进行钻孔取土,达到所述预制管桩的设计深度,形成灌注桩孔;在灌注桩孔内灌注混凝土至所述灌注桩孔高度的2/3,然后在钢护筒上方套入钢套筒,植入预制管桩,并拔出钢护筒和钢套筒,得到植入后的预制管桩。本发明提供的施工方法可取代传统的静压桩或打桩的施工工艺,有效改善复杂地质中预制管桩的施工质量,避免断桩和偏桩。
