The invention discloses prefabricated tubular pile implanting equipment and a pile implanting construction method. The prefabricated tubular pile implanting equipment comprises a drilling machine bodyand a drilling tool assembly, a drilling mast is fixed to the drilling machine body, and an upper power head used for driving the drilling tool assembly to conduct rotary drilling and a lower power head used for driving a precast pile to sink are arranged on the drilling mast in a sliding mode; the upper power head is provided with a first vertical channel allowing the drilling tool assembly to penetrate through, and the upper power head is provided with a first holding mechanism used for holding or loosening the drilling tool assembly. A second vertical channel allowing the precast pile andthe drilling tool assembly to penetrate through is formed in the lower power head, and a second holding mechanism used for holding or loosening the precast pile is arranged on the lower power head. Due to the fact that the drilling tool assembly can penetrate through the upper power head, the drilling tool assembly can be lifted to the position between the drilling tool assembly and a foundation through a lifting device to form a containing space of the precast pile, and the precast pile can be conveniently positioned. Therefore, when multiple sections of precast piles at the same pile position or precast piles at different pile positions are positioned, the drilling tool assembly does not need to be disassembled and then assembled, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
