The invention relates to a construction method for implanting a prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: constructing and forming a pile hole at a set position by using a rotary excavating pile machine, and injecting slurry into the pile hole in the process of forming the pile hole; the formed pile hole is cleaned, and a guide pipe is put down; concrete is poured into the pile hole through the guide pipe, and in the concrete pouring process, the guide pipe is lifted while the concrete is poured; and hammering the high-strength concrete pipe pile into the pile hole to a designed position by using a pile hammering machine so as to finish the construction of the high-strength concrete pipe pile. Holes are formed through the rotary drilling pile machine to penetrate through obstacles such as underground boulders, the problem that the piles are difficult to sink when encountering the obstacles such as the boulders in the hammering method pile sinking process is solved, and great help is provided for accelerating the project progress and improving the pipe pile forming quality.
本发明涉及一种植入预应力高强混凝土管桩的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在设定位置利用旋挖桩机施工形成桩孔,在桩孔形成的过程中向所述桩孔内注入泥浆;对形成的桩孔进行清孔并下放导管;利用所述导管向所述桩孔内灌注混凝土,在灌注混凝土的过程中一边提升所述导管一边灌注混凝土;利用锤桩机向所述桩孔内锤入高强混凝土管桩至设计位置,从而完成了高强混凝土管桩的施工。本发明通过旋挖桩机成孔穿越地底孤石等障碍物,解决了锤击法沉桩过程中遇到孤石等障碍物难以沉桩的难题,对加快工程进度和提高管桩成桩质量有很大帮助。
