The invention disclsoes a multi-story building structure adopting prefabricated slabs and a building method of the multi-story building structure. The multi-story building structure comprises several prefabricated slabs and an on-site building portion; the prefabricated slabs comprise prefabricated wallboards, prefabricated laminated boards and prefabricated stairs, wherein the prefabricated wallboards comprise prefabricated inner wallboards, prefabricated outer wallboards and PCF boards; and the on-site building portion comprises a building base portion, an on-site pouring portion and a concrete base, wherein the building base portion forms a building mounting surface for mounting the prefabricated wallboards, and the on-site pouring portion comprises binding steel bars and filling concrete. According to the multi-storey building, a building mode of combining the prefabricated slabs with on-site pouring is realized, the workload of a cast-in-place structure is greatly reduced, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the building quality standard is easy to unify; and the building method is simple in joint, clear in process, convenient to manage on site, capable of improving efficiency and beneficial to application and popularization of a prefabricated house.
