Quick pile splicing method for broken rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention discloses a quick pile splicing method for a broken rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile. The quick pile splicing method comprises the following steps that step 1, when the situation that the pile is broken due to pipe blockage and other reasons during cast-in-situ pile concrete pouring is found, a guide pipe is pulled out and cleaned, where pipe blockage refers to the guide pipe poured by concrete; step 2, the depth of a breaking position of the pile is measured; step 3, the cleaned guide pipe is placed at a position 500-1000 mm away from the broken pile, concrete is poured, slurry in the guide pipe is removed, and a mixture at the joint of the concrete and the slurry is extruded out of an original concrete pouring face; and step 4, the guide pipe is inserted into a position 4-5 m below the mixture of the concrete and the slurry. The method is scientific, reasonable and convenient in construction; and pile splicing is simple and comprehensive, pile splicing is carried out by using the rescue method after actual pile breaking, and after ultrasonic detection, the integrity of a pile body meets the requirements of related specifications.
