The construction technology of the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile comprises the steps that (1), a pile casing is buried at the construction position; (2), rotary drilling is conducted through a slurry retaining wall, and a pile hole is formed; (3), the pile hole is cleaned; (4), a reinforcing pipe is placed in the pile hole and sinks into a reinforcement cage, the reinforcing pipe is made of a glass fiber mesh, and the outer diameter of the reinforcing pipe is 99.5%-99.8% of the inner diameter of the pile hole; (5), a grouting pipe is installed, and a concrete mixing material is injected into the pile hole till the concrete mixing material is flush with the top of the pile hole; (6), the pile casing and the grouting pipe are detached; and (7), the concrete mixing material is injected into the pile hole again till the concrete mixing material is flush with the top of the pile hole, and the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile is obtained through maintenance. The rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile is manufactured through the construction technology of the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile. The construction technology has the advantage of reducing material waste, and the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored pile has the advantages of saving energy and being environmentally friendly.
