The invention relates to an installation construction method of a damper. The installation construction method of the damper comprises the following steps that the damper is welded between a first pre-embedded steel plate and a second pre-embedded steel plate, wherein the first pre-embedded steel plate is arranged on a conveying device; pre-embedded steel bars are welded to the surfaces, away from the damper, of the first pre-embedded steel plate and the second pre-embedded steel plate correspondingly; and welding slags and undercut are polished. According to the installation construction method of the damper, the first pre-embedded steel plate and the second pre-embedded steel plate play a buffering role, so that the damper is protected; the first pre-embedded steel plate is arranged on the conveying device, and the damper is welded to the first pre-embedded steel plate, so that conveying of the damper is facilitated; and in addition, through the conveying device and the pre-embedded steel plates, installation of the damper is facilitated, the positioning precision of the damper is higher, and the installation precision of the damper is further improved.
