A construction method for preventing concrete slurry leakage at a construction joint during pouring of a concrete beam is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a concrete bottom formwork is laid at the construction joint during pouring of the concrete beam, and a steel wire mesh is vertically installed on the beam concrete facing face on one side of the upper surface of the concrete bottom formwork; b, a strip-shaped concrete cushion block is arranged beside the bottom of the vertical steel wire mesh on one side of the upper surface of the concrete bottom formwork, and c, a plurality of air bags are installed on the bottom formwork and tightly attached to the outer side of the steel wire mesh, the air bags are inflated before concrete pouring, and concrete slurry leakage is completely prevented. According to the construction method for preventing concrete slurry leakage at the construction joint during concrete beam pouring, a combined structure of the blocking net, the air bag and the bottom finished product cushion block is adopted, arrangement is easy and convenient, concrete slurry leakage and formwork expansion are effectively prevented, the construction quality of concrete and the structural safety of a building are guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved. The air bag can be reused; and the material cost is reduced.
一种混凝土梁浇筑时施工缝处防止混凝土漏浆的施工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、混凝土梁浇筑时在施工缝处铺设混凝土底模板,在混凝土底模板上表面的一侧梁迎混凝土面竖向安装钢丝网,b、在混凝土底模板上表面一侧的竖向钢丝网底部旁边设置条形混凝土垫块,c、在底模板上紧贴钢丝网外侧安装若干个气囊,在混凝土浇筑前将气囊充气,达到完全阻止混凝土漏浆。本发明的混凝土梁浇筑时施工缝处防止混凝土漏浆的施工方法具有采用拦网、气囊、底部成品垫块组合结构,其设置简单方便,有效的防止混凝土漏浆及涨模的产生,保证混凝土的施工质量和建筑物的结构安全,气囊可重复利用和减少材料成本的优点。
