The invention provides a rolling brush device facilitating material cleaning. The rolling brush device comprises a roller, a bracket, a support plate assembly and a material cleaning plate, wherein brush cloth sleeves the peripheral surface of the roller, two parallel support rods are arranged on the bracket, and both ends of the roller are rotatably connected to the two support rods respectively; the support plate assembly is rotatably connected to the bracket and comprises an arc-shaped support plate, the arc-shaped support plate is located below the roller and can rotate around the axis of the roller, the concave surface of the arc-shaped support plate faces the roller and extends in the direction parallel to the axis of the roller, and sliding grooves which extend in the direction parallel to the axis of the roller are formed in both sides of the arc-shaped support plate; the bottom surface of the material cleaning plate is matched with the concave surface of the arc-shaped support plate, guide strip plates are arranged on both ends of the top of the material cleaning plate, and the two guide strip plates are located in the two sliding grooves and can slide along the sliding grooves; and the arc-shaped support plate is always located below the roller and is used for supporting and collecting paint falling from the roller or a ceiling, so that the paint is prevented from staining the ground.
本发明提供一种易于清料的滚刷装置，其包括有：滚筒、支架、托板组件和清料板。滚筒的外周面上套有毛刷布，支架具有两根相互平行的支撑杆，滚筒的两端分别可转动地连接于两根支撑杆。托板组件可转动地连接于支架，托板组件包括一弧形托板，弧形托板位于滚筒的下方，弧形托板能够绕滚筒的轴线转动，弧形托板的凹面朝向滚筒并且平行于滚筒的轴线方向延伸，弧形托板的两侧开有平行于滚筒的轴线方向延伸的滑槽。清料板的底面与弧形托板的凹面相匹配，清料板的顶部两端设有导条板，两个导条板位于两个滑槽内，导条板能够沿滑槽滑动。弧形托板始终位于滚筒的下方，用于托接滚筒或天花板上掉落的涂料，从而避免涂料弄脏地面。
