Concrete for corrosion prevention of bridge pier and production process of concrete
The invention discloses concrete for corrosion prevention of a bridge pier and a production process of the concrete. The concrete comprises an outer pipe, a concrete column and a steel frame; the concrete column is poured in the outer pipe; the steel frame is erected in the concrete column; an inner pipe is fixedly connected between the outer pipe and the concrete column; and the inner surface of the outer pipe is fixedly connected with inserting columns which are uniformly arranged. Multiple reinforcement protection of the bridge pier is effectively achieved, the concrete column is prevented from being directly eroded by river water or seawater in the early stage of use, meanwhile, a concrete densifier can be automatically released in the bridge pier subjected to violent collision, and it is guaranteed that after violent collision, under the conditions that an outer shell and an inner shell are damaged and river water or seawater is infilled after severe collision happens, the concrete densifier can perform densification protection in time, the situation that protection of the internal concrete densifier is weakened after the concrete column is used for a long time is avoided, the newly exported concrete densifier can increase protection, meanwhile, cracks generated by collision can be filled in time, and the corrosion resistance of the pier is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于桥梁桥墩防腐的混凝土及其生产工艺,包括外管、混凝柱和钢架;所述外管的内部浇筑有混凝柱;所述混凝柱的内部架有钢架;所述外管与混凝柱之间固连有内管;所述外管的内表面固连有均匀布置的插柱;通过本发明有效的实现了桥墩的多重加固保护,避免混凝柱使用前期直接受到河水或海水侵蚀,同时受到剧烈碰撞后的桥墩,内部可以自动释放混凝土致密剂,保证了受到剧烈碰撞后,外壳和内壳受损,河水或海水内灌的情况下,混凝土致密剂可以及时进行致密保护,避免混凝柱长时间使用后,内部混凝土致密剂保护减弱,新导出的混凝土致密剂不但可以增加保护,同时可以及时填补撞击产生裂缝,提高桥墩的抗腐蚀能力。
