A bottom water collecting tank is filled with water for cooling a formwork, a booster water pump pumps the water in the bottom water collecting tank into a top water collecting tank through a connecting pipeline, the top water collecting tank sprays water to the surface of the top steel formwork through a drainage component to cool the top steel formwork, cooling water downwards flows to the surface of the top steel formwork along the top steel formwork, cools the bottom steel formwork and finally flows into the bottom water collecting tank, circulation of the cooling water is achieved, and therefore water can be saved.
