NiFe-LDH slag-based composite wave-absorbing cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources and environmental protection, and provides a NiFe-LDH (layered double hydroxide) slag-based composite wave-absorbing cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials: 300-360 parts of slag; 3-5 parts of NiFe-LDHs; 10-20 parts of magnesium oxide; 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent; 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent; and 100-140 parts of mixing water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, accurately weighing a defoaming agent and a water reducing agent, adding the defoaming agent and the water reducing agent into mixing water, and stirring to form a uniform mixing water solution; secondly, adding accurately weighed magnesium oxide and NiFe-LDHs into the mixing water solution to obtian a uniformly dispersed mixing water solution; thirdly, adding slag into the mixing water solution, uniformly stirring, pouring prepared slurry into a mold, and scraping off redundant slurry; and finally, maintaining a sample in an air environment, and removing the mold. The production cost is low, the carbon emission in the preparation process is small, and the material has a good absorption effect on electromagnetic waves in the C wave band. The material is good in strength and excellent in electromagnetic wave absorbing performance, and has remarkable innovation and environmental protection significance and engineering application prospects.
本发明属于固废资源综合利用及环境保护领域,提供一种NiFe‑LDH矿渣基复合吸波胶凝材料及其制备方法,其原材料为:矿渣300‑360份;NiFe‑LDHs 3‑5份;氧化镁10‑20份;减水剂2‑5份;消泡剂1‑2份;拌合水100‑140份。制备方法为:首先,精确称取消泡剂、减水剂加入拌合水中,搅拌形成均匀的拌合水溶液。其次,将精确称量的氧化镁、NiFe‑LDHs加入至拌合水溶液中,获得分散均匀的拌合水溶液。再次,将矿渣加入拌合水溶液,搅拌均匀后将制备的浆体灌注至模具中,刮去多余浆体。最后,将试样在空气环境中养护后拆模。本发明生产成本低,制备过程碳排放量少,在C波段对电磁波具有较好的吸收效果;材料强度较好,电磁波吸波性能优异,具有显著的创新、环保意义和工程应用前景。
