Reinforcing method for grouting mold
The invention discloses a strengthening method for a grouting mold. The strengthening method comprises the steps of raw material pretreatment, auxiliary material adding, water adding and primary stirring, paste injection, solidification forming, mold taking, curing and drying, coating and the like. According to the invention, polar Na2SiO3 and Na2CO3 electrolyte solutions are isolated from the surface of the gypsum mold through an organic fluorine-modified polyurethane coating with strong hydrophobicity, so that the alkaline electrolyte solution is effectively prevented from wetting the surface of the gypsum mold and corroding the gypsum, and meanwhile, a polypropylene long fiber structure with stretchability is added in the gypsum, so that gypsum particles can be stably attached to the surface of the gypsum mold to form a reinforcing structure. In addition, Portland cement capable of forming a stable hole structure is added into the gypsum slurry to serve as a framework to guarantee smoothness of holes in the gypsum mold. The reinforcing method not only enhances the strength of the gypsum mold, but also effectively improves the water resistance and corrosion resistance of the plaster mold, and remarkably improves the durability of the plaster mold from 70 times to 120 times.
