Waste soil and stone mixtures of the old roadbed are used as a base layer filler of the recycled roadbed, and during construction in the rainy season, according to different rainfall degrees, a corresponding construction prevention and treatment method for the recycled roadbed base layer filler is set, the influence of rainfall on the construction process can be reduced, the damage of rainfall to the roadbed is improved, the loss of soil, stones and other materials caused by rainfall is reduced, the project quality is guaranteed, and the project period is shortened.
