The invention relates to a novel concrete prefabricated slab and a mold thereof, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The prefabricated slab comprises a base layer and a surface layer which are poured by concrete, wherein a waterproof assembly is arranged between the base layer and the surface layer, the waterproof assembly comprises a waterproof plate and a water permeable layer, the waterproof plate and the base layer are fixed and form a drainage channel, the water permeable layer and the surface layer are fixed, and a cavity is formed between the water permeable layer and the waterproof plate; and the mold comprises a bottom formwork, two side formworks and two end formworks which are detachably connected, the side formworks, the end formworks and the bottom formwork define a cuboid structure with one open side and the hollow interior, at least two limiting blocks used for supporting the waterproof plate are fixed to the inner sides of the end formworks, locking assemblies used for limiting the waterproof plate to move upwards relative to the end formworks are installed on the end formworks, and the locking assemblies are lower than the limiting blocks. The novel concrete prefabricated slab and the mold thereof have the advantage that the waterproof performance of a roof of the novel concrete prefabricated slab is improved.
