The embodiment of the invention provides a construction method for applying a spherical net rack support in a large-span net rack starting frame. The spherical net rack support comprises a first rib plate, a second rib plate, a third rib plate, a fourth rib plate, a bottom support, a side support and a spherical joint. The construction method comprises the steps that the spherical net rack supports on the two sides are assembled; an A-section starting span arc-shaped net rack and a B-section starting span arc-shaped net rack are assembled; and the A-section starting span arc-shaped net rack and the B-section starting span arc-shaped net rack are in butt joint in the air, and assembling of the large-span net rack starting frame is completed. By applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the construction efficiency can be improved; and in addition, by applying the spherical net rack support, the free end can freely rotate with the spherical net rack support as a fulcrum in the hoisting process, and the hoisting position of the starting span arc-shaped net rack can be conveniently adjusted.
本发明实施例提供了一种大跨度网架起步架中应用球形网架支座的施工方法,球形网架支座包括:第一肋板、第二肋板、第三肋板、第四肋板、底部支座、侧方支座以及球形节点;施工方法包括:两侧球形网架支座的拼装;A段起步跨弧形网架和B段起步跨弧形网架的拼装;A段起步跨弧形网架和B段起步跨弧形网架的空中对接,完成大跨度网架起步架的拼装。应用本发明实施例提供的方案,能够提高施工效率;此外,应用球形网架支座实现在吊装过程中自由端能够以球形网架支座为支点自由转动方便调整起步跨弧形网架的吊装位置。
