Net rack starting span installation method
The invention discloses a net rack starting span mounting method which comprises the following steps: assembling a starting grid, and stopping assembling when the starting grid is assembled to six bolt balls on an upper chord and seven bolt balls on a lower chord to form a net sheet; the two meshes are hoisted and installed at the two ends respectively; temporary supports are arranged at the positions of seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh lower chord bolt balls in sequence, and sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth grids of an upper chord are installed; in the process, the temporary supports at the positions of the bolt balls of the lower chord are removed, the net rack is lifted through a crane, and the seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh grids of the lower chord are installed; assembling a starting span middle block; and the hoisting point of the two assembled meshes is arranged at the eleventh bolt ball of the upper chord, and the middle block of the starting span is hoisted to be closed in the air. The method can quickly and accurately realize the starting span installation of the net rack.
