The invention discloses a fastening device for reinforcing rectangular concrete member outer wrapping profile steel. The fastening device comprises an anchoring rod and four fasteners, wherein a connecting block I and a connecting block II are respectively arranged at two ends of the fasteners; through holes are symmetrically formed in the upper end and the lower end of the connecting block I; threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the upper end and the lower end of the connecting block II; the anchoring rod is rotationally connected into the through holes; an external thread is arranged at one end, far away from the connecting block I, of the anchoring rod; and one end, far away from the connecting block I, of the anchoring rod is in threaded connection with the threaded holes. The fastening device has the advantages of being convenient to use, small in workload and good in fastening effect.
