The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar wrapping mode type seabed concrete. The seabed concrete comprises the following main components: cement, water, sand, stones, an air entraining agent, fly ash, a water reducing agent and an additive. Through rosin resin, lignosulfonate, a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polymer, high aluminum powder, a sodium sulfate aqueous solution, silicic acid and fly ash, the anti-permeability performance of the concrete can be effectively improved, seawater is prevented from permeating into the concrete to influence the interior of the concrete, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged; meanwhile, a chloride ion permeation resistant film layer can be formed on the outer surface layer of the reinforcing steel bar in the construction process, the service life is prolonged by 1-2 times, and the problems that most of concrete on the market is poor in corrosion resistance and strength, prone to being impacted by objects in the sea and corroded by organisms and seawater in the sea in the seabed environment and the like are solved; the concrete can be quickly abraded and fractured, so that the use requirement of seabed protection cannot be met.
