The invention discloses a multi-layer lifting and transverse moving garage steel structure. The multi-layer lifting and transverse moving garage steel structure comprises a plurality of side stand columns, a plurality of side independent cross beams, a plurality of front and rear cross beams and a plurality of pulling assemblies; cross beam fixing ends are arranged at the two ends of each side independent cross beam; the cross beam fixing ends are fixedly connected with the side stand columns; adjacent side stand columns form an independent parking space used for parking a parked vehicle; the side stand columns are arranged on the two sides of each independent parking space; and the lower parts of the side stand columns are fixed to a civil engineering foundation. Compared with a span beam type steel structure that one stand column spans two rows of parking spaces or three rows of parking spaces, the side stand columns are arranged on the two sides of each independent parking space, each independent parking space is provided with the corresponding side independent cross beam, and the strength and stability are good; and the pulling assemblies are adopted to replace an inclined strut to enhance strength, the steel consumption is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the problem that a rigid inclined strut cannot be adjusted is solved by adopting flexible inclined pulling.
