The invention discloses a porcelain manufacturing process combining Jianzhu and blue-and-white, which comprises the following steps: preparing a green body raw material, inner glaze, outer glaze and mouth edge glaze, and carrying out throwing molding, fettling, polishing and biscuiting on the green body raw material to obtain a green body; drawing patterns and/or writing characters on the outer surface of the green body by using a green material, and airing; applying the inner glaze to the interior of the green body, applying the outer glaze to the exterior of the green body, and then brushing the mouth edge glaze between the top edge of the mouth edge and the lower portion of the mouth edge by 3-5 mm through a writing brush; and putting the glazed and air-dried green body into an electric kiln for roasting. The blue-and-white process and the Jianzhan process are combined, the interior of the manufactured porcelain is the Jianzhan glaze, and the exterior of the porcelain is the glaze formed by combining the blue-and-white with painting patterns and/or characters and the Jianzhan tea dust glaze.
