The invention belongs to the field of recrystallized silicon carbide product forming, and particularly relates to a recrystallized silicon carbide product forming and sintering process. The process comprises the following steps: mixing, by weight, 20-50 parts of fine SiC powder and 80-50 parts of coarse SiC particles to obtain a mixture; adding a proper amount of deionized water into the mixture, and adding a dispersing agent which is 0-0.6% of the mass of the mixture; performing slip casting on the slurry; and sintering the SiC green body in a sintering furnace to obtain a recrystallized silicon carbide product. The solid phase content can be controlled between 60% and 69%, the distance between SiC particles is reduced, fine SiC powder can fill pores through short-distance movement in the slip casting and water loss process, the density is improved, the generated pores are uniformly distributed, the relatively high green body density can be obtained, the particles of the green body are uniformly stacked, the porosity is relatively small, the recrystallized silicon carbide product has high density, and the crystallized silicon carbide product has high performance.
