The fixed platform is used for being installed on a pier column. The supporting platform is provided with a first through hole for a pier column to penetrate through, and the bent cap forming die is installed on the supporting platform. The lifting mechanism is arranged between the fixed platform and the supporting platform and used for driving the supporting platform to move up and down relative to the pier column. A jacking groove is formed in the bottom of the supporting platform, and the output end of the lifting mechanism is inserted into the jacking groove, so that the lifting mechanism is supported on the supporting platform. According to the pier construction device with the structure, the longitudinal face of a bridge route can be prevented from being lifted infinitely, the height of the pier column is shortened, and therefore the situation that the construction cost of a pier is too high is avoided, and the pier construction device can be detached and reused conveniently after construction of the pier is finished.
