The invention discloses a complete set of method for rapidly reinforcing an earthquake-damaged bridge pier through a steel-encased sleeve. The complete set of method comprises the steps that damaged concrete at the bottom of a reinforced concrete pier is removed; a ground anchor hole is drilled in the corresponding position of the pier bottom bearing platform, and concrete powder in the hole is removed and used for installing and fixing a steel sleeve through a chemical anchor bolt in the later period; a steel-encased sleeve is installed on the pier column; the two semicircular steel sleeves are fixed through bolts to form an integral structure; a chemical anchor bolt is installed at the position of a ground anchor hole in the bottom of the steel-encased sleeve, a nut is screwed, and the bottom is fixed; early-strength self-compacting mortar is grouted into a gap reserved between the outer steel jacket and the pier column and the damaged area of the pier column; after the grouting material is initially set, bolts on the steel sleeve are screwed for the second time, and a prestress is applied to the steel sleeve; and maintenance is performed. The steel-encased sleeve is adopted for rapid reinforcement for the earthquake-damaged pier, the earthquake-resistant performance of the earthquake-damaged pier can be improved within a very short time, and the earthquake-resistant performance recovery effect is remarkable.
本发明公开了一种外包钢套快速加固震损桥墩的成套方法,包括:将钢筋混凝土桥墩墩底破损混凝土进行清除;在墩底承台相应位置打地锚孔,清除孔内混凝土粉末,用于后期化学锚栓进行安装固定钢套;墩柱安装外包钢套;将两个半圆型钢套采用螺栓进行固定,形成一个整体结构;在外包钢套底部地锚孔位置安装化学锚栓,拧紧螺母,对底部进行固定;对外包钢套和墩柱之间预留的缝隙和墩柱破损区域进行早强自密实砂浆进行灌浆;待灌浆料初凝之后,对钢套上的螺栓进行二次施拧,对钢套施加预应力;养护。本发明针对震损桥墩采用外包钢套进行快速加固,能够在很短的时间内提高震损桥墩的抗震性能,且抗震性能恢复效果显著。
