The invention provides a design process of a cap-shaped separation type lock catch type raft foundation vibration isolation uplift pile. The design process is characterized by comprising the steps that uplift piles (10) with cap-shaped constraint ends are poured in a foundation in advance; a foundation cushion layer (20) is laid around the uplift piles (10); and the exposed parts of the foundation cushion layer (20) and the uplift piles (10) are coated with a vibration isolation material layer (30), and a raft foundation (50) is poured to cover the uplift piles (10) with the cap-shaped constraint ends. According to the cap type uplift pile, the separation lock catch principle is utilized, the characteristics of uplift resistance, locking, isolation and modularization are considered, the tolerance is good, and construction is convenient.
