The invention provides a design process of a cone-shaped separation type lock catch type raft foundation vibration isolation uplift pile. The design process is characterized by comprising the steps that an uplift pile (10) with a cone-shaped constraint end is poured in advance; the uplift pile (10) is coated with a vibration isolation material layer (20); a form (30) is pre-buried outside the vibration isolation material layer (20); and a raft foundation (40) is formed by pouring concrete so as to cover the uplift piles (10) with the conical constraint ends. According to the process, a raft foundation vibration isolation system with the anti-pulling and vibration isolation capacities is achieved, the process is mature and reliable, and the anti-pulling and vibration isolation problem of a buoyant raft structure is effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种锥状分离型锁扣式筏板基础隔振抗拔桩设计工艺,其特征在于,包括:预先浇筑带有锥状约束端头的抗拔桩(10);在抗拔桩(10)上包覆隔振材料层(20);在隔振材料层(20)外预埋模板(30);以及通过浇筑混凝土形成筏板基础(40),以覆盖带有锥状约束端头的抗拔桩(10)。本发明工艺实现兼具抗拔与隔振能力的筏板基础隔振系统,工艺成熟可靠,有效的解决受浮力筏板结构抗拔的隔振问题。
