Preparation method of concrete water reducer
The invention relates to a preparation method of a concrete water reducer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) neutralizing sulfite waste liquid with an alkaline solution; (b) after neutralization, adding microorganisms for fermentation to remove carbohydrates; and (c) evaporating and drying the solution to obtain the powdery water reducer. According to the preparation method of the concrete water reducer, the invention further relates to a preparation device of the water reducer, the preparation device comprises a liquid mixing box, and the liquid mixing box is provided with a PH value neutralizing part. The PH value neutralizing part adjusts the PH value in the liquid mixing box through sliding. The PH value neutralizing part vertically slides to adjust the PH value in the liquid mixing box. The preparation device of the water reducer further comprises rubber barrels, inverted boxes and vertical holes, the rubber barrels are arranged on the left side and the right side of the liquid mixing box respectively, each rubber barrel is vertically and slidably connected with the corresponding inverted box, and the two vertical holes are formed in each inverted box. The preparation device of the water reducer further comprises a cylinder and a pressing screw, the cylinder is arranged on the pressing screw, the cylinder is slidably connected to a round pipe, and the cylinder is in threaded connection with the pressing screw.
