The invention discloses an efficient water reducer for concrete and a preparation method for the efficient water reducer for concrete. The water reducer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polyoxyethylene, 50-70 parts of sodium sulfite, 50-60 parts of a sulfamate water reducer, 10-20 parts of lignosulfonate, 10-15 parts of melamine, 3-5 parts of coal ash, 50-80 parts of anhydrous maleic anhydride, 10-20 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-6 parts of casein and 20-50 parts of deionized water. The efficient water reducer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the water reducer has the characteristics of being high in water reducing rate and dispersibility, and meanwhile, the water reducer has relatively good slump retaining property and stability and can improve the compactness, the permeability resistance and the freezing resistance of water stone slurry. In addition, the method disclosed by the invention is simple and feasible, low in energy consumption and liable to implement.
