Preparation method of ecological concrete water reducer
The invention discloses a preparation method of an ecological concrete water reducer, and belongs to the technical field of concrete additives. The problems of high energy consumption and heavy pollution of the existing water reducer are solved. The method comprises the following steps of: inoculating a strain of a rhamnolipid producing microorganism into a culture solution, culturing for 48-72 hours at 37 +/-0.5 DEG C to obtain a fermentation solution, and regulating the pH value to 7.0-7.2 by adopting a buffer solution; centrifuging to remove thalli, taking supernatant of the fermentation solution, dissolving the supernatant in an organic solvent, extracting for 3-5 times, and evaporating the supernatant obtained by final extraction to obtain rhamnolipid; and well mixing the rhamnolipid with a stabilizer, and diluting with water to obtain the ecological concrete water reducer. The concrete water reducer can be used as a concrete water reducer.
本发明公开了一种生态型混凝土减水剂的制备方法,属于混凝土添加剂技术领域。解决了现有减水剂能耗高、污染重的问题,其包括以下步骤:将产鼠李糖脂微生物的菌种接种至培养液中,在37±0.5℃条件下培养48‑72小时得发酵液,采用缓冲溶液调节pH至7.0‑7.2;离心去除菌体,取发酵液上清液,将上清液溶解在有机溶剂中萃取3‑5次,将最后萃取得到的清液进行蒸发得到鼠李糖脂;将鼠李糖脂加稳定剂混合均匀,加水稀释,即得到所述的生态型混凝土减水剂。本发明可用作混凝土减水剂。
