The invention discloses a thixotropic slurry and a drag reduction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete materials. The thixotropic slurry comprises sodium bentonite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyurea, lauric acid and water. The drag reduction method of the thixotropic slurry comprises the following steps: (1) installing the thixotropic slurry drag reduction system; and (2) grouting using the thixotropic slurry, starting to grout after starting jacking by 25-35 m, enabling the grouting pressure to be 15-25 kPa higher than the underground water pressure, keeping jacking continuous grouting at the first section, the second section, the third section and the third section, adopting circulating intermittent slurry supplementing at the rear end, and continuously grouting till a pipe jacking machine arrives. The thixotropic slurry disclosed by the invention is prepared through reasonable blending, the drag reduction effect is good, the preparation method is simple and short in time, and the thixotropic slurry has a very good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种触变泥浆及其减阻方法,属于混凝土材料技术领域。该触变泥浆包括以下组分:钠基膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚脲、月桂酸和水,所述触变泥浆的减阻方法包括以下步骤:(1)安装触变泥浆减阻系统;(2)使用所述触变泥浆进行注浆,始发顶进25‑35m后开始注浆,注浆压力比地下水压力高15‑25kPa,第1‑3节保持顶进连续注浆,后端采用循环式间断补浆,注浆持续到顶管机到达为止。本发明的触变泥浆通过合理调配组成,减阻效果佳,且制备方法简单,时间短,有很好的应用前景。
