The invention provides a bridge expansion joint connecting and anchoring structure which comprises a beam body, a beam body sealing end and an expansion joint device, wherein embedded anchor bars are arranged in the beam body and the beam body sealing end; the expansion joint device is arranged on the beam body sealing end and comprises deformed steel and expansion joint annular bars; concrete is poured on the beam body and the beam body sealing end; the expansion joint annular bars are in the concrete. The bridge expansion joint connecting and anchoring structure further comprises connecting steel bars, steel bar meshes and at least two pre-embedded steel plates, the two pre-embedded steel plates are arranged on the beam body and the beam body sealing end respectively, the bottom faces of the pre-embedded steel plates are connected with the pre-embedded anchor bars, the connecting steel bars are arranged on the two embedded steel plates in a crossing mode, the lower portions of the connecting steel bars are connected with the two embedded steel plates respectively, the upper portions of the connecting steel bars are connected with the expansion joint annular bars, and the steel bar meshes are arranged in the concrete and connected with the connecting steel bars and the expansion joint annular ribs respectively. The structure has the advantages of high error-tolerant rate and convenience in welding and anchoring operation.
