The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the prefabricated pile body of the carrier pile is put into a pile hole till the bottom end of conical steel of the prefabricated pile body makes contact with the surface of a carrier; S2, the prefabricated pile body is subjected to static pressing through a static pile press machine till the prefabricated pile body is pressed into the carrier by 0.2-0.3m; S3, cement slurry is poured into the pile hole till the pile hole is full of the cement slurry, and connection between the prefabricated pile body and the carrier is reinforced after the cement slurry is solidified and formed; and S4, the carrier pile is loaded. The conical steel is arranged at the bottom end of the prefabricated pile body, the conical steel and part of the prefabricated pile body are pressed into the carrier in a mode of performing static pressing on the prefabricated pile body, and then construction of the prefabricated pile body is achieved in a mode of cement slurry pouring. According to the construction method, the connection strength between the prefabricated pile body and the carrier can be enhanced, and the problem that an existing prefabricated pile body and the carrier are prone to being separated is solved.
