Connecting joint of prefabricated beams and support-free prefabricated slabs and construction method
The invention relates to a connecting joint of a prefabricated beams and support-free prefabricated slabs and a construction method. The joint comprises prefabricated beams and prefabricated slabs, wherein the prefabricated slabs are rectangular slabs; the main stress direction of the prefabricated slabs is the span direction, and the slab ends of the prefabricated slabs extend into the beam width range of the prefabricated beams and are placed on the top surfaces of the prefabricated beams so as to bear the construction load and self weight in the construction stage, so that the prefabricated slabs are free of supporting; the prefabricated beams are concrete full-prefabricated beams, and a plurality of shear resistant steel bars are uniformly pre-buried in the middle of the prefabricated beams in the longitudinal direction and extend out of the top surface range of the prefabricated beams; and the slab ends of the prefabricated slabs extend into the beam width range of the prefabricated beams, steel bars of the prefabricated slabs are anchored into the beam-slab joint areas in a staggered mode and are arranged in a staggered mode with the shear resistant steel bars above the prefabricated beams, and finally, the prefabricated beam-slab joint areas are poured on site so as to be connected into a whole. According to the connecting joint of the prefabricated beams and the support-free prefabricated slabs, the prefabricated slabs are free of supporting, and the on-site steel bar work amount and mutual interference of beam-slab steel bar outlet are reduced; and the prefabricated beams and slabs are convenient to install, construction procedures are simple, and the construction efficiency is obviously improved.
