The invention provides a construction method for prefabricated superposed beams and slabs. The construction method comprises the steps of measuring and laying out, and performing horizontal control laying-out and elevation control laying-out; manufacturing a temporary steel pipe support, and rapidly erecting the temporary support by using a laser gradienter before superposed slabs and superposed beams are hoisted; hoisting the superposed beams and the superposed slabs in place, and adjusting and fixing the superposed beams and the superposed slabs; cleaning the surfaces of the superposed beams and the superposed slabs, and treating splicing seams and joints of the superposed slabs by using gridding cloth and expansive concrete; and after pipeline laying and rib arrangement are completed, erecting a limiting formwork, and pouring concrete. According to the construction method, the problem of cracking of the splicing seams of the superposed slabs is solved, a method for quickly adjusting the temporary support at the bottom of the superposed beams and the superposed slabs is provided, the construction efficiency is improved, the quality is easily guaranteed, the economic benefit and the social benefit are obvious, and the problems in the aspects of temporary support, lateral formworks, splicing seam cracking, finished product protection and the like are solved.
本发明提供了用于装配式叠合梁板的施工方法,包括测量放线,进行水平控制放线和高程控制放线;做临时钢管支撑,在吊装叠合板和叠合梁之前,利用激光水平仪快速搭设临时支撑;将叠合梁和叠合板吊装就位,调整并固定叠合梁和叠合板;对叠合梁和叠合板的表面进行清理,并利用网格布、膨胀混凝土对叠合板的拼接缝和节点进行处理;在完成敷设管线和布筋后,搭设限位模板并浇筑混凝土。本发明解决了叠合板拼缝处的开裂问题,提出了叠合梁板底部临时支撑快速调节方法,提高了施工效率,质量更易得到保证,经济效益、社会效益明显,并解决了临时支撑、侧向模板、拼接缝开裂、成品保护等方面的难题。
