Gradient heat-intercepting thermal insulation material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of coke oven production, in particular to a gradient heat-intercepting thermal insulation material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The gradient heat-intercepting thermal insulation material comprises a heat-intercepting plate and a heat-intercepting block arranged on the surface of the heat-intercepting plate; the heat-intercepting plate is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 36-60 parts of fumed silica, 15-30 parts of superfine silica powder, 5-20 parts of fibers, 2-6 parts of a binding agent, 5-10 parts of an expanding agent and 0-8 parts of an opacifying agent; and the heat-intercepting block is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of light mullite balls, 15-25 parts of alumina-containing powder, 4-8 parts of micro powder and 5-15 parts of a binding agent. According to the invention, the specific heat-intercepting plate and the heat-intercepting block are compounded for use to form a gradient heat intercepting structure, high-temperature strength and heat-intercepting effect are considered, strong airflow scouring and high-temperature chemical corrosion in a high-temperature state can be resisted, the energy-saving effect of the coke oven can be effectively improved, and the service life of the coke oven can be prolonged.
本发明涉及焦炉生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种梯度截热保温材料及其制备方法和应用。梯度截热保温材料,包括截热板和设置于所述截热板表面的截热块;截热板主要由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:气相二氧化硅36~60份、超细硅微粉15~30份、纤维5~20份、结合剂2~6份、膨胀剂5~10份和遮光剂0~8份;截热块主要由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:轻质莫来石球55~65份、含氧化铝粉料15~25份、微粉4~8份和结合剂5~15份。本发明通过采用特定的截热板和截热块复合使用,形成梯度截热结构,兼顾高温强度及截热效果,同时能够抵抗高温状态下强气流的冲刷和高温化学腐蚀,可有效的提高焦炉的节能效果并延长焦炉使用寿命。
