The invention discloses an operation frame for building construction and an erection method thereof. The operation frame comprises an operation table and a supporting plate, wherein the operation table is connected to the top surface of the supporting plate through a lifting mechanism, a control panel is arranged above the operation table, an outer guardrail and an inner guardrail are arranged on the operation table, the outer guardrail and the inner guardrail are fixedly connected to the operation table through a first stand column and a second stand column respectively, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged on the operation table. The method comprises the steps of operation table machining, telescopic mechanism installation, supporting plate machining, lifting mechanism installation and operation frame operation.
