The invention relates to an efficient environment-friendly sea sand desalination treatment process and system. The process specifically comprises the following steps: 1)raw material sea sand is conveyed to a raw material sand storage yard; (2) sea sand in a raw material sand storage yard is fed into a screening device to be screened, and the sea sand passing through the screening device is conveyed to a first sand washing tank; (3) after primary desalination of the first sand washing tank, semi-finished desalted sea sand enters a second sand washing tank; (4) after secondary desalination of the second sand washing tank, semi-finished desalted sea sand enters a third sand washing tank; and (5) after third-stage and third-stage desalination of the sand washing tank, finished product desalted sea sand is conveyed to a finished product sand storage yard. The system specifically comprises a sea sand feeding system, a sea sand screening system and a sea sand desalination system. A three-stage sea sand desalination treatment process is adopted, the desalted sea sand has better desalination quality, and the use requirements of national standard specifications on the desalted sea sand can be met; and according to the system, sand with better grading can be obtained, sand grains are excellent in shape and good in grading, and the system is suitable for preparing concrete of various grades.
