The invention provides coal gasification ash-doped concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. Coal gasification ash powder is used as a proportioning raw material of the concrete and is used for replacing part of a cementing material (cement) and part of fine aggregate (sand), the concrete strength standard requirement is met by accurately controlling the mixing amount of the coal gasification ash powder, the purpose of solid waste utilization can be achieved, and environmental pollution can be reduced; and the resource application of the coal gasification ash can be realized. Results of the embodiment show that the working performance of the coal gasification ash-doped concrete provided by the invention comprises that the slump is 180 mm, the age strength is 26.0 MPa in 7 days and 37.4 MPa in 28 days, and the coal gasification ash-doped concrete has good sulfate corrosion resistance after being circulated for 100 times.
本发明提供了一种掺煤气化灰渣混凝土及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明将煤气化灰渣粉作为混凝土的配比原料,用于替代部分胶凝材料(水泥)和部分细骨料(砂),并通过精确控制煤气化灰渣粉的掺量,满足混凝土强度标准要求,既可以达到固废利用的目的又可以降低环境污染,且可实现煤气化灰渣的资源化应用。实施例的结果表明,本发明提供的掺煤气化灰渣混凝土的工作性能为:坍落度180mm,龄期强度:7天26.0MPa,28天37.4MPa,经100次循环后具有较好的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
