Self-adaptive double-reamer device for cutter suction dredger
The invention discloses a self-adaptive double-reamer device for a cutter suction dredger, and relates to the technical field of double-reamer devices for dredgers. The device comprises a double-reamer structure, a distance adjusting mechanism and an angle adjusting mechanism. The double-reamer structure comprises two reamer assemblies installed on a rotating base plate. The reamer assembly comprises a strip-shaped supporting plate, a reamer body, a sleeve, a reamer shaft and a driving motor. The device further comprises a self-adaptive control system, and the self-adaptive control system comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), two driving motors and two first encoders. The PLC is in electric signal connection with drivers of the two driving motors and the two first encoders. According to actual requirements, a first forward and reverse rotation motor is controlled to drive two third belt wheels to rotate, then a second belt wheel and two first belt wheels are driven to rotate, and the distance between the two reamer assemblies is adjusted to adapt to sludge dredging in different environments. In addition, a second forward and reverse rotation motor drives the rotating base plate to rotate, and the double-reamer structure can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to different pit environments.
