Reamer device of cutter suction dredger
The reamer device comprises a driving shaft, one end of the driving shaft is connected with a driving motor, the bottom end of the driving shaft is connected with a connecting cylinder, the top end of the connecting cylinder is connected with a discharging pipe, the bottom end of the connecting cylinder is connected with a bottom plate, and a feeding hole is formed in the bottom end of the bottom plate; when a driving motor drives a driving shaft to move, the driving shaft drives a connecting cylinder to move, the connecting cylinder drives a bottom plate to move, the bottom plate drives a reamer blade to drill and dig, sludge enters the connecting cylinder from a feeding hole and then is discharged into a collecting box through a discharging pipe due to the fact that a sludge suction pump is started in a matched mode due to movement of the bottom plate, and when the periphery of the bottom plate is blocked by the sludge, a power mechanism is started; the power mechanism drives the stirring mechanism and the pushing-away mechanism, the stirring mechanism stirs away sludge on the outer side of the bottom plate, the pushing-away mechanism pushes out blocked stones or sludge in the feeding hole, and therefore stable sludge suction of the feeding hole is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种绞吸挖泥船的绞刀装置,包括驱动轴,所述驱动轴一端与驱动电机连接,所述驱动轴的底端连接有连筒,所述连筒的顶端连接有出料管,所述连筒的底端连接有底板,所述底板的底端开设有进料孔;在驱动电机带动驱动轴运动,驱动轴带动连筒运动,连筒带动底板运动,底板带动铰刀片钻挖,而淤泥会因为底板的移动,配合启动吸泥泵,淤泥会向进料孔进入到连筒内,再通过出料管排入到收集箱内,当底板周围堵塞淤泥时,启动动力机构,动力机构带动搅动机构和推开机构,搅动机构将底板的外侧淤泥搅开,而推开机构将进料孔内的堵塞的石头或者淤泥向外推出,从而保证了进料孔的稳定吸淤泥。
