The invention discloses a precast beam type scissor stair and a construction method thereof, and relates to a stair and a construction method thereof. The stair comprises two stair bodies and beam type platform plates which are installed reversely, each stair body comprises a stair section and an L-shaped step plate, the horizontal end of each L-shaped step plate is installed in a raking riser flat hole I of one stair section, the vertical ends of the L-shaped step plates are installed in step vertical holes I of the stair sections, the stair sections and the beam type platform plates are connected together through connecting devices, and the method comprises the following steps of correspondingly pouring the stair sections and the beam type platform plates by using prestressed tendons, reinforcing steel bar reinforcing nets, ultra-high performance concrete, gypsum powder and gypsum fibers, then connecting the stair sections and the beam type platform plates together, and installing the L-shaped step plates on the stair sections. According to the precast beam type scissor stair and the construction method thereof, the stair sections, the L-shaped step plates and the beam type platform plates are prefabricated separately, the self weight can be reduced, transportation is convenient, assembling is easy, the stair has higher fire resistance and higher strength due to the adoption of the gypsum powder and the gypsum fibers, the use amount of the ultra-high performance concrete can be reduced, and cost is saved.
一种预制梁式剪刀楼梯及其施工方法,涉及一种楼梯及其施工方法,楼梯包括两个反向安装的楼梯本体、梁式平台板,楼梯本体包括梯段、L形踏步板,L形踏步板的水平端安装到梯段的踢面平孔Ⅰ中,L形踏步板的竖直端安装到梯段的踏步竖孔Ⅰ中,梯段和梁式平台板之间通过连接装置连接在一起。方法是分别用预应力筋、钢筋加强网、超高性能混凝土、石膏粉、石膏纤维浇筑成梯段和梁式平台板,再将梯段和梁式平台板连接在一起,并在梯段上安装L形踏步板。本发明的梯段、L形踏步板、梁式平台板分开预制,能减小自重、方便运输、容易组装,采用石膏粉、石膏纤维使得楼梯具备较强的耐火性、较高的强度,还能减少超高性能混凝土的使用量,节省成本。
