The rotating motor rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate so that the rotating shaft rotates to drive a rotating disc to rotate, the building blocks placed on the rotating disc slowly rotate, and children take down the building blocks from the rotating disc to splice the building blocks along with the steps by observing the guide steps of playing videos of splicing the building blocks through a display and listening to sound playing so that the children can understand the steps conveniently; and the turntable rotates the distant building blocks to the front of the children so that the children are prevented from picking up the distant building blocks and missing the spliced video explanation. The problems that traditional building block teaching aids are spliced by matching specifications, some guidance to the specifications is difficult to understand by the children, and splicing cannot be carried out are solved.
