The underwater excavating dredging device comprises a mud suction mechanism and a high-pressure flushing mechanism. The mud suction mechanism comprises a mud suction pipe, an expansion cavity, a mud suction pipe head and a drill bit, wherein the upper end of the mud suction pipe is connected with an impact type driving device, the lower end of the mud suction pipe is connected with the expansion cavity, an adjusting valve is arranged on the expansion cavity, the mud suction pipe head is connected to the bottom of the expansion cavity, and the drill bit is conical and connected to the bottom of the mud suction pipe head. The high-pressure flushing mechanism and the mud suction mechanism are arranged side by side. The high-pressure flushing mechanism comprises a flushing pipe and a flushing pipe head, wherein the flushing pipe and the mud suction pipe are arranged in parallel in a spaced manner, the top of the flushing pipe is connected with a high-pressure water pump, a connecting piece is connected between the flushing pipe and the mud suction pipe, the connecting piece comprises hoops and a connecting block, the flushing pipe head is in a short pipe shape, the diameter of the flushing pipe head is smaller than that of the flushing pipe, and a jet head is arranged at the bottom of the flushing pipe head. The technical problems that according to a traditional method, the steps of processing hardened soil and sucking mud are tedious, the soil breaking capacity is low, and the dredging rate cannot be adjusted are solved.
