The invention discloses a large-span vein-like steel structure rapid installation technology. The rapid installation technology comprises the steps that a floor stand system is constructed, wherein the floor stand system at least comprises one or more kinds of floor stands, the floor stands at least comprise a first supporting tower and a second supporting tower; a first arc-shaped steel pipe component set at the position of the first supporting tower is assembled, after point position calibration is conducted on the first arc-shaped steel pipe component set to be installed, the first arc-shaped steel pipe component set to be installed and the first supporting tower are fixed, and it is ensured that the installation error is within 10 mm; a second steel pipe component set at the position of the second supporting tower is assembled, and the second steel pipe component set forms a main body of a large-span vein-like steel structure; and the rest steel pipe component sets are installed, and after the whole large-span vein-like steel structure is stressed, the floor stand system is dismantled step by step. The floor towers and steel pipe inhaul cables are combined to form a good supporting system, the floor area is small, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and favorable conditions are created for rapid assembly of the steel structure.
本发明公开了大跨径仿叶脉状钢结构快速安装工艺,包括:构建落地支架体系,所述落地支架体系包括至少一种以上的落地支架,所述落地支架至少包括第一支撑塔架和第二支撑塔架;装配第一支撑塔架位置处的第一弧形钢管构件组,将待安装第一弧形钢管构件组进行点位校准后,将待安装第一弧形钢管构件组与第一支撑塔架固定,确保安装误差在10mm以内;装配第二支撑塔架位置处的第二钢管构件组,所述第二钢管构件组构成所述大跨径仿叶脉状钢结构的主体;安装其余钢管构件组,待所述大跨径仿叶脉状钢结构整体受力后,再逐步拆除落地支架体系。将落地塔架与钢管拉索相结合并形成良好的支撑体系,占地面积小,安装拆除方便,为钢结构的快速拼装创造了有利条件。
