Rapid installation method for large-span temporary steel structure bridge
The invention discloses a rapid installation method for a large-span temporary steel structure bridge. The method comprises the steps that A a first span of a left bank adopts an truck crane, a lower chord, a cross beam, a web member, an upper chord and a bridge deck are hoisted and installed on a backfill platform according to related operation requirements of the crane, and steel truss girders of the spans are sequentially installed and completed; B the second span of the left bank is assembled through a steel carrying pole anchoring method cantilever, and the section is assembled through the cantilever of the 50t truck crane; C a cable-stayed buckling method is adopted for the middle span, and the section is assembled by using the cantilever of the 50t truck crane; D a span close to the tail end of a right bank is installed in the mode that a roller dragging method longitudinally moves a beam and the truck crane falls the beam. The method is suitable for deep and steep canyons or large rivers in narrow sites; the installation can be quickly completed in a short time; the field is mostly mechanically operated, so that the safety risk of manual operation is reduced; required equipment is relatively convenient, and construction organization is facilitated; the installation cost is economical and feasible; and members can be reused after being used.
