Installation method for reinforcing reinforced concrete member joints
The invention provides an installation method for reinforcing reinforced concrete member joints. The installation method comprises the steps that distribution of outer-layer steel bars of a reinforced concrete member is detected firstly; pre-drilling is conducted on the surface of the reinforced concrete member through a common electric drill according to preset hole positions, after drilling is completed, waste holes are blocked through high-strength polymer mortar, effective hole positions are calibrated through transparent adhesive tape, and the calibrated effective hole positions are marked on an embedded part steel plate; the embedded part steel plate is drilled through a magnetic drill, and the drilled embedded part steel plate is laid and fixed to the surface of the reinforced concrete member; and after the mortar is solidified, hole sweeping, self-cutting and nut screwing are conducted on the hole positions of the embedded part steel plate through a drill bit, and anchor bolt installation is completed. The procedures of pre-drilling, embedded part steel plate reverse sample drilling, installation, hole sweeping and self-cutting, screwing and anchoring and the like are achieved at a time, the workload of repeated dismounting, mounting and drilling of the embedded part steel plate is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. According to the installation method, hole sweeping is conducted with the embedded part steel plate as a base face, the anchoring depth is accurately controlled, invalid drilling on the embedded part steel plate is avoided, and the construction quality is ensured.
本发明提供一种用于钢筋砼构件节点加固的安装方法,先探测钢筋砼构件外层钢筋分布。按预设的孔位在钢筋砼构件表面用普通电钻预钻孔,钻孔完成后,用高强聚合物砂浆封堵废弃孔,用透明胶纸标定有效孔位,将标定的有效孔位标识在埋件钢板上;用磁力钻对埋件钢板进行开孔,将开好孔的埋件钢板铺贴固定到钢筋砼构件表面。待砂浆凝固后,在埋件钢板孔位上使用钻头扫孔、自切、旋紧螺帽,完成锚栓安装。实现了预钻孔、埋件钢板反样开孔、安装、扫孔自切、旋紧锚固等工序一次到位,降低了埋件钢板反复拆、装、钻孔工作量,提高了施工效率。本方法以埋件钢板为基面扫孔,对锚固深度实现了精确控制,避免了埋件钢板上的无效钻孔,确保了施工质量。
