Method for reinforcing reinforced concrete structural member
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete structural member, the method is applied to a reinforcing device, and the device comprises a first steel pipe provided with a plurality of first mounting holes; the second steel pipe is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes; the connecting piece is connected with the two sides of the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe, and a hole structure is arranged on the connecting piece; and the plurality of bolts pass through the hole structures, the first mounting holes and the second mounting holes, and a filling groove is formed among the first steel pipe, the connecting piece and the second steel pipe. After the two or more steel pipes are erected on the surface of the structure needing to be reinforced, one corresponding connecting piece is arranged on the inner side face and the outer side face of the two adjacent steel pipes, then the two adjacent steel pipes are connected through the connecting pieces through the bolts, and the number of the connecting pieces corresponds to the number of the steel pipes. The bolts are adopted for connection without welding, and the connecting pieces are adopted for enhancing the rigidity of the steel pipes, so that the connecting efficiency and quality of the steel pipes are improved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土结构构件加固的方法,其中,方法应用于加固装置,装置包括:第一钢管,设有多个第一安装孔;第二钢管,设有多个第二安装孔;连接件,连接第一钢管及第二钢管的两侧,连接件上设有孔结构;多个螺栓,通过孔结构、第一安装孔及第二安装孔,第一钢管、连接件及第二钢管之间形成填充槽。本发明通过两块或多块钢管在需要加固的结构表面竖立后,将对应一个连接件设置在相邻两块钢管的内外侧面,然后通过螺栓使连接件将相邻两块钢管连接,且连接件与钢管数量对应设有两块或多块,向形成的填充槽内灌注砂浆完成混凝土结构构件的加固,采用螺栓进行连接无需焊接,且采用连接件增强钢管刚度,从而提高钢管的连接效率和质量。
