The invention discloses zirconium oxide ceramic doped with rare earth/transition metal oxide and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing zirconium oxide powder through hydro-thermal synthesis, burdening, weighing the following components in percentage by weight: 65-90 parts of zirconium oxide powder, 0.1-1.5 parts of nickel oxide, 0.3-3.8 parts of praseodymium oxide, 0.8-1.2 parts of polyethylene powder, 4.5-6 parts by weight of fatty acid monoglyceride and the balance of a binder; performing ball-milling dispersion, drying and sieving; carrying out dry pressing molding, putting the uniformly mixed zirconia ceramic powder into a mold, and carrying out tabletting molding by adopting a powder tabletting machine to obtain a blank; performing glue discharging and sintering on the blank in a high-pressure sintering furnace, and obtaining a primary plate sample; and polishing and grinding, namely polishing and grinding the successfully fired sample on a dragging type precise grinding and polishing machine to obtain a finished product with smooth texture and bright and uniform color. The method can be used for preparing various simple samples with different colors and various 2.5 D and 3D shapes, the processing precision is high, the manufacturing method is simple, and pollution caused by a traditional processing method is avoided.
本发明公开了一种掺杂稀土/过渡金属氧化物的氧化锆陶瓷及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:水热合成制备氧化锆粉体,配料,称取各组分质量百分比如下:65‑90重量份氧化锆粉末,0.1‑1.5重量份氧化镍,0.3‑3.8重量份氧化镨,0.8‑1.2重量份聚乙烯粉,4.5‑6重量份单脂肪酸甘油酯,其余为粘结剂;球磨分散、干燥过筛;干压成型,将混合均匀的氧化锆陶瓷粉末放入模具后,采用粉末压片机压片成型得到素胚;将素胚在高压烧结炉中先排胶后烧结,得到初板样品;抛光打磨,将烧制成功的样品放上拖拽式精密碾磨抛光机进行抛光打磨,得到质感光滑、颜色光亮均匀的成品。本发明可制备颜色各异的各种2.5D、3D形状的简易样品,加工精度高,制作方法简易,避免产生传统加工方法的污染。
